Meet The Founder

Two-time World Boxing Champion. Olympic silver medallist at 17. And the man behind a foundation that has delivered aid to thousands of families across Gaza, Pakistan and Africa.

Amir Khan, Founder

The Amir Khan Foundation was founded by two-time World Boxing Champion and the UK’s youngest ever Olympic Silver Medallist, Amir Khan, in 2014.

Born and raised in Bolton, to a close-knit Pakistani family, Khan’s boxing journey began at the age of 11. His exceptional talent propelled him to early success, earning three English school titles and a Gold medal at the Junior Olympics. At just 17, Khan achieved international fame by winning Silver at the 2004 Athens Olympics, making him a household name overnight. His fearless approach in the ring earned him the title ‘King Khan’ from fans worldwide.

Beyond his sporting accomplishments, Khan is a dedicated philanthropist and entrepreneur. In 2015, he received an honorary degree recognising his contributions to sport and charity. Through his foundation, he has championed causes such as food distribution, disaster relief, and educational initiatives.

Post-retirement, Khan is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of athletes while expanding his philanthropic efforts, leaving a legacy that extends far beyond boxing.

The most important title you can earn is not in the ring, but in the hearts of people whose lives you change.
